These terms govern Xquik's public-data tools, connected-account actions, automation, plans, guest access, and credits. Read them before creating an account, connecting an account, requesting a guest checkout, or submitting an action. Xquik is an independent third-party service. Not affiliated with X Corp. "Twitter" and "X" are trademarks of X Corp.
These terms form an agreement between you and Xquik when you access or use Xquik. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it. Do not use Xquik if you do not agree to these terms.
Xquik offers tools to search and extract public X data, monitor accounts or keywords, run draws, and automate workflows. Connected-account features can publish or delete posts, send messages, upload media, and perform other supported actions with your authorization. You may access supported features through the dashboard, REST API, webhooks, or MCP server. Available features and limits depend on your plan and account status.
Provide accurate account information and keep your email account, sessions, API keys, and devices secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or credentials. Notify support@xquik.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Xquik may require verification, revoke credentials, or restrict an account to protect Xquik or its users.
Guest API access does not require an Xquik account or email address and covers only eligible paid read routes. Request a guest checkout only after the payer explicitly approves the amount. A guest API key is a bearer credential, so anyone holding it can spend its credits. Protect the key and creation Idempotency-Key because email recovery is unavailable.
Connect only accounts that you own or have authority to manage. You authorize Xquik to use submitted credentials and instructions to perform requested actions, including publishing or deleting posts, sending messages, uploading media, and managing supported account functions. Review each instruction and recipient before execution. You remain responsible for content, permissions, platform compliance, and consequences of connected-account activity.
Current plans, prices, taxes, renewal periods, and usage terms appear before purchase, and subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Except where law requires or Xquik states otherwise, charges are non-refundable. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may suspend paid features.
Complete guest payments on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Unpaid checkout links expire after 60 minutes. Xquik activates credits only after verifying payment. Xquik reconciles refunds and disputes against only the credits from that purchase. Confirmed refunds reduce those credits. Pending refunds, active disputes, or unrecovered credits may temporarily freeze the guest wallet and API key. Access returns automatically after no unresolved settlement or unrecovered balance remains.
Eligible plans and top-ups add credits that metered operations consume. Rates, included credits, expiration or rollover rules, and limits appear on the pricing, checkout, or dashboard screens that apply to your account. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless Xquik states otherwise. Xquik may correct balances affected by fraud, reversals, refunds, or technical errors.
Do not access accounts or data without authorization, evade limits, disrupt systems, distribute malware, conceal abusive automation, manipulate draws, or use Xquik unlawfully. Do not infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual, or platform rights. Do not resell data or Xquik access unless you hold every required permission. Xquik may investigate misuse and apply technical limits.
You must have a lawful basis and any required permission for each search, extraction, monitor, export, webhook, or reuse. Public availability does not remove privacy, intellectual property, database, contractual, or platform restrictions. Follow applicable retention, disclosure, and deletion duties. Do not use outputs to discriminate, harass, profile unlawfully, or make prohibited automated decisions.
You retain ownership of content, instructions, and files you submit. You grant Xquik a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and modify that material only as needed to provide, secure, and support requested features. You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed for the material and requested actions. Remove content or disconnect an account when Xquik no longer needs to process it.
Xquik depends on X and other third-party systems that Xquik does not control. Their terms, restrictions, availability, and privacy practices apply separately and may change. Access to Xquik does not grant ownership or a license to third-party data, content, or marks. You are responsible for complying with terms that govern your accounts and data.
Xquik and its licensors retain rights in the product, software, design, documentation, and branding. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Xquik as permitted here. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where law forbids that restriction. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment.
Xquik may add, change, limit, or discontinue features to address security, legal, technical, or business needs. Maintenance, upstream changes, rate limits, and network failures may interrupt access. Xquik does not promise that a feature, integration, output format, or data source will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xquik is provided “as is” and “as available.” Xquik disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness, title, and non-infringement. Xquik does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete or current data, successful actions, delivery timing, or particular results. Mandatory consumer warranties remain unaffected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xquik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Xquik's total liability for claims related to Xquik will not exceed the amount you paid Xquik during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
Where law permits, you will defend and indemnify Xquik against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your content, connected-account activity, unlawful data use, or breach of these terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent Xquik caused the claim through its own unlawful conduct.
You may stop using Xquik, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion. Xquik may restrict or terminate access for a breach, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, abuse, or discontinued feature. Termination may revoke sessions and API keys and stop active workflows. Payment obligations, intellectual property terms, disclaimers, liability limits, and provisions that must survive remain effective.
Xquik may update these terms to reflect feature, risk, or legal changes. Material revisions appear here with a new effective date, and Xquik will provide additional notice when required. Revised terms apply from that effective date. Stop using Xquik before then if you do not agree.
Contact support@xquik.com before filing a claim and allow 30 days for an informal resolution, unless urgent relief or applicable law prevents that process. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or access to courts available under applicable law. Any claim must follow the time limits imposed by applicable law.
