By accessing or using Xquik (xquik.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Xquik is a data platform for X (Twitter). Features include: giveaway draws from tweet replies, 19 data extraction tools (followers, following, replies, retweets, quotes, mentions, posts, communities, lists, Spaces, threads, articles, people search), real-time account monitoring with webhook delivery, a REST API for programmatic access, and an MCP server for AI agent integration. All features operate on publicly available X data only.
You sign in with your email via magic link - no password required. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. API keys grant programmatic access to your account and must be kept confidential. Do not share your account or API keys. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Xquik requires a paid monthly subscription ($20/month). Billing is processed through Stripe and renews automatically. Cancel anytime from the subscription page - access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Monitor slots are billed separately as an add-on.
Each subscription includes a monthly usage allowance. Operations like searches, lookups, extractions, and draws consume credits at fixed rates. When usage reaches the limit, metered operations pause until the next billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Current usage is visible on your dashboard.
You agree not to: manipulate or rig giveaway outcomes, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, violate X's Terms of Service, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or data, reverse-engineer or abuse the platform, scrape beyond rate limits, or resell extracted data without authorization.
Xquik accesses publicly available data on X to provide its services. Your use is also subject to X's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp. Features dependent on X may change or become unavailable if X modifies its platform, API policies, or data access terms.
Xquik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific draw outcomes, completeness of extracted data, or real-time accuracy of monitored events. Data availability depends on X's platform and may be subject to delays or limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xquik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your subscription is canceled, API keys are revoked, monitors are removed, and no further charges apply.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
