How to see who unfollowed you on X

  1. Enter your X username, a profile link or a numeric user ID.
  2. Press Check account, then press Start tracking.
  3. Leave tracking on. Its first read saves your followers as the baseline.
  4. Open Unfollowed to see who left after that, with the date & reason.

How far back the tracker can see

A first-time user sees nothing from before tracking starts. The first read only saves your followers. The list starts filling with the next change.

What each list shows

Unfollowed shows each follower who ended the follow. Account gone shows each follower whose account X no longer shows. New followers shows the follow date when X gives one. Not following back, mutual & fans come from 1 read of both lists. Read details adds the bio, counts & last post to each row. Then sort by followers or filter inactive, ghost & spam accounts.

Limits for large accounts

Xquik names lost followers for accounts with up to 100,000 followers. Above that, it covers the newest followers only. The other 3 lists run on accounts with up to 50,000 followers & 50,000 following. A bulk run takes up to 400 rows. Follow & remove follower stop at 400 a day.

Get an alert for each unfollow

Choose email alerts or a daily report once tracking starts. A monitor can also send each change to a webhook, Discord, Slack or Telegram. Add one on the webhooks page. In Telegram, choose Everything. Browser alerts work while this page stays open.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see who unfollowed me before I started tracking?

No. X publishes no record of past unfollows, so no tool can name them. Your list starts when tracking starts.

When does the list start filling?

It starts when you press Start tracking. A new follower who leaves shows within seconds. An older follower who leaves shows within 2 hours.

How long does Xquik keep my unfollowers?

Each row stays for 30 days. Export CSV, JSON or Excel to keep it longer.

What's the difference between unfollowed & account gone?

Unfollowed lists each follower who left. A row says Unfollowed when the account is still on X. It says Reason not confirmed when Xquik can't confirm the cause. Account gone means X no longer shows that account.

Do I need to connect my X account?

Not for tracking. You sign in to Xquik only & enter any public account. X doesn't notify that account. Unfollow, follow & remove actions need that account connected.
